Commission Payouts

At ClickDesigns, affiliate payouts are processed every 2 weeks. Your commissions are released after 40 days (30 days refund period + a 10-day buffer for processing). On average, you can expect your commissions to be paid between day 40 to day 45 following the sale.

If a sale begins with a trial (e.g., $0 for 14 days), you will initially see a commission notification of $0. Once the trial period ends and the first payment is made, your commission will be payable within 40-45 days from that payment date.

Please note, that payouts are only processed after two valid sales are recorded. Ensure that your payment method and bank details are completed in your affiliate dashboard. For any inquiries related to commission payouts, contact us at [email protected]. 



Unqualified Sales

Purchasing through your own affiliate link is strictly prohibited and will not result in a commission. Our affiliate program is not intended as a means for personal discounts or rebates.

Sales that are refunded or result in chargebacks will not generate commissions.



Clawbacks

In rare cases, refunds or chargebacks may occur after the refund period has passed. Should this happen after you’ve been paid, the refunded amount will be deducted from your future commissions. We will apply a clawback to your account and retain any related amounts against future payments.



Prohibited Practices

All affiliates are expected to adhere to FTC guidelines when promoting ClickDesigns. To ensure fair and ethical promotion, the following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Sending unsolicited emails or using "safe lists."
  • Offering cash rebates or other financial incentives to those who purchase via your affiliate link.
  • Using negative terms such as "scam" in your promotional content or posting negative reviews.
  • Misrepresenting our products, services, or offers.
  • Engaging in cookie stuffing or fraudulent activity.
  • Using invalid or stolen credit card information.
  • Encouraging purchases purely to qualify for bonuses or prizes (e.g., "Buy the cheapest option, then cancel after 30 days and I'll send you my bonus").


Acceptable Marketing Practices

You are encouraged to use the swipe files and promotional materials we provide in the affiliate tools section of your dashboard. However, repurposing content from our website that is not specifically labeled for affiliate use is prohibited. You are welcome to use video content from our official YouTube channel as-is, but please avoid using videos meant solely for internal communications.



Important Affiliate Guidelines

  • You agree to adhere to FTC guidelines and all applicable local laws when promoting our products and services.
  • It is recommended to use a redirect link to cloak your affiliate link for higher conversions.
  • Do not send spam or junk traffic (e.g., Ad Fly, Traffic Monsoon, Safe Lists, or any other sources of "cheap and junk traffic"). Affiliates caught engaging in these practices will be banned, and their commissions voided.
  • The use of negative words in your marketing (e.g., terms like "scam") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
  • Offering cash rebates is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from creating social media pages, channels, or websites using the 'ClickDesigns' brand name (e.g., ClickDesignsSoftware.com). This is to protect our brand and intellectual property, and to prevent customer confusion. Violations will result in the termination of your affiliate account.


Prizes and Promotions

During promotional events, prizes will be paid in USD or its cash equivalent. Affiliates may partner with others to qualify for these promotions, but only established business partners with a documented history of working together are eligible. You must notify us in writing at [email protected]  prior to the promotion's start to qualify as a team.

To win a lead contest prize, affiliates must have demonstrated prior performance on the leaderboard or provide proof of past success. Lead prizes will only be awarded if the leads convert and perform as expected. Poor-quality traffic, such as "junk" traffic or incentivized registrations, will not qualify.



Ethical Conduct

ClickDesigns only supports ethical affiliates. Any attempt to manipulate the system or engage in fraudulent activity will result in the termination of your affiliate account, the voiding of commissions, and a permanent ban from promoting ClickDesigns or any related vendors.

Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Signing up individuals without their knowledge or using guessed email addresses.
  • Encouraging users to re-register under a new email for a bonus, thus bypassing previous affiliate referrals.
  • Misleading the public into thinking you are an employee or official representative of ClickDesigns.

We encourage honest and transparent promotion. If you are ever unsure whether an action crosses the line, contact us at [email protected]. We take these matters seriously and will take immediate action to protect the integrity of our program.



Affiliate Approval and Program Structure

All affiliates are automatically approved unless ClickDesigns revokes access due to rule violations. Affiliates can earn up to 30% recurring commission on sales.



Play Fair and Succeed Together

At ClickDesigns, we believe in transparency and ethical practices. Be honest, stay cool, and avoid any blackhat tactics. Use the promotional tools we provide, promote through legitimate methods, and you’ll be rewarded for your hard work.

If you ever have doubts about a promotional strategy, please reach out to us at [email protected] —we’re here to help. We appreciate affiliates who ask for clarification rather than risking violations.

That said, if we receive complaints or detect suspicious behavior—whether from customers, fellow affiliates, or through our monitoring systems—we will take immediate action. This may include terminating your account, disabling your affiliate links, and forfeiting any unpaid commissions. We don’t tolerate shady practices.

If you're caught engaging in dishonest activities, you’ll be permanently banned from our system, with your email, IP, and account blacklisted from future promotions with us or any ClickDesigns vendor.
