Why Aren't My Mockup Templates Appearing?

In this article, you'll learn the easy step-by-step process of loading up your ClickDesigns Mockup Templates.

STEP 1:

On your ClickDesigns account, after you've clicked on the "Mockup" category under Templates, simply choose a Mockup you want to work with, hover over it, and click on the "Edit" icon.

From here, if you are encountering an error and your Mockup Template seems to be stuck on the loading screen, have no fear! This simply means that you'll need to update your Chrome Browser Settings.

STEP 2:

First, go to your browser and click on "Settings."

Next, on the search bar, type in the word "Hardware."

Under this particular option or setting, turn this on and click on "Relaunch."

STEP 3:

From here, restart your browser. With your updated settings, go back to your ClickDesigns account and at this point, your Mockup should be loading just fine.

And Voila! That's how easy it is to seamlessly load up your Mockup Templates on ClickDesigns!
