How Do I Edit My Team Members Access Levels On My Agency Brand Kits?
In this article, you'll learn the easy step-by-step process of editing your team members' access levels on your Agency Brand Kits.
STEP 1:
You can now finally edit the access levels of the team members you add onto your Agency Brand Kit(s). Please note that this feature is only available for users with the OTO4 Agency Access. Once you've logged into your ClickDesigns and are on your dashboard, go over to the dropdown menu of your profile and choose "Agency."

From here, click on "Team Members."

If you haven't added team members to your Agency yet, you can do this by clicking on "Add New."

Here, add all the necessary information needed to add your new team member.

STEP 2:
After adding in the information of your team member here, you can edit the Permissions before you add them. You can allow them to send designs, add thumbnails, watermarks, and publishers, as well as download designs.

After the Permissions, the new Feature Update now enables the BrandKit Permissions - where you can enable access for adding/editing brand kits, accessing the brand kits in the ClickDesigns Editor, and deleting brand kits in the Agency.

Once you are finished editing the permissions, click on "Add." This is going to automatically update the permissions of your team member in your Agency Brand Kit.

Remember - if you want to make any last-minute changes, you can do that too! Simply go back to the team member that you want to make edits on and click on the "Edit" icon. Here, you can re-edit the permissions whenever you'd like.

STEP 3:
Now, let's look at the perspective of the newly added team member, and see what those enabled permissions look like. As a team member, after you've logged in and are on your ClickDesigns dashboard, go over to the dropdown menu of your profile and choose "Brand Kit."

As a team member, this is going to show you all the Brand Kits in the Agency that you are a part of.

STEP 4:
If you allowed your Team Member to "Add/Edit" Brand Kits, this means that they have the option to add a completely new Brand Kit,

and click on an already existing one to edit it and make any changes if they wish to do so.

STEP 5:
If you allowed your Team Member to "Delete" Brand Kits, this means that when they click on an already existing Brand Kit and scroll down, you'll be able to see a "Delete" button. In this case, this is going to be available for every existing Brand Kit - giving the authority to delete Brand Kits in the Agency.

STEP 6:
And finally, if you allowed your Team Member the "Access in Editor" for the Brand Kits, this means that when they launch the ClickDesigns Editor to edit from scratch or an already-made design, they can utilize the elements of the Brand Kits from the Agency for their edits.

And Voila! That's how easy it is to seamlessly edit your Team Members' access levels on your Agency Brand Kits.
