How To Create Stickers

In this article, you'll learn the easy step-by-step process of creating stickers on ClickDesigns.

STEP 1:

After you've logged into your ClickDesigns account and are on your dashboard, click on the "Templates" section at the top of your navigation bar.

Here, choose the "Start From Scratch" option.

Next, choose "Blank Canvas" and then click on "Continue."

Now you can enter the Canvas Size. Since we're going to be printing these stickers, you can enter the dimensions for A4. When done, click on "Continue."

STEP 2:

This is going to open up the ClickDesigns Editor. From here, in the "Elements" section, choose the "Stickers" category, and feel free to browse and choose from the selection of pre-made stickers.

Once you've chosen your stickers and uploaded them to your canvas, go to the "Background" section to change your background color to black. This is going to show you that the pre-made stickers already come with a white border around them.

Now, you can change the background to make it transparent, and export your designs by choosing your saved settings and clicking on "Export."

STEP 3:

There are many different things you can do with your now-exported stickers. One way is to go to Printful — here, click on "New Order" and then "Create Your Order."

From here, you can choose "Kiss-Cut Sticker Sheet."

Then, upload the stickers you saved from ClickDesigns,

Once your stickers are uploaded in Printful, feel free to position and edit it to your liking. From here, you'll be able to view how the stickers would look like on different products. Once finished, click on "Continue."

This is then going to show you the price of printing said stickers on specific products.

STEP 4:

Next, let's go back to ClickDesigns. Let's try to create stickers from scratch using our own images. First, on the "Image" section, upload an image to your canvas.

Next, click on "AI Image Editor."

From here, choose the "Background Remover" option and click on "Remove Background."

Duplicate your new image and with this, under the "Image Settings," increase its brightness to make the duplicated image a solid white.

Overlay both images and group them — this is to create a white border for your image, ultimately creating your own sticker.

Make the background transparent and export the sticker to your local drive.

STEP 5:

Going back to Printful, you can repeat the same process from earlier in order to have your new sticker printed out into products.
